In working with Corporate Sponsor clients, we typically adhere to the following process:

• Learn and understanding the enterprise’s purpose and objectives of the coaching program

• Meet with the client for chemistry check to ascertain suitability of the coaching partnership

• Meet with the client and the company sponsor to discuss the desired outcome

• Gather valuable information and identify potential areas of growths and development

• Work with the client to create their own Personal Development Plan in conjunction with their managers

• Face to face (or Virtual skype or Zoom) meetings are fixed 2 ~3 times a month for a period stretching between 3 and 9 months

• Assessing the progress against what assessment at the start of the program
