In working with Corporate Sponsor clients, we typically adhere to the following process:

Learn and understanding the enterprise’s purpose and objectives of the coaching program

Meet with the client for chemistry check to ascertain suitability of the coaching partnership

Meet with the client and the company sponsor to discuss the desired outcome
-
Gather valuable information and identify potential areas of growths and development
-
Work with the client to create their own Personal Development Plan in conjunction with their managers
-
Face to face (or Virtual skype or Zoom) meetings are fixed 2 ~3 times a month for a period stretching between 3 and 9 months

Assessing the progress against what assessment at the start of the program
