Agenda Coaching was set up by Paul Low, an accomplished C-Suite executive from the financial services industry. Having spent more than 15 years away from home, Paul decided to relinquish his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Life Insurance Company of Taiwan and move back to Singapore to pursue the Next Chapter of his life.

 

During his 30-year career in the corporate and business world, Paul was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with, and inspired by many outstanding people. At the same time, he had also witnessed the struggles and failures of many, albeit with good potentials. Paul has always enjoyed playing coach and mentor roles. Armed with rich corporate and business background, and a passion to help people realize their dreams and potentials, Paul decided to move into the coaching profession, to help his clients one person at a time. Agenda Coaching was born!

 

Agenda Coaching focuses on Leadership and Executive Coaching. As the name implies, Agenda emphasizes on seeking clarity in what we want to pursue in our life professionally and personally. In the increasingly complex and demanding world, we are always required to juggle competing priorities, manage tight deadlines, and to balance work and life commitment. Many of us could lose sights of ourselves, our passion, and the true agenda of our life.

 

We believe that when the agenda is wrong, nothing can be right!

 

The name Agenda was also chosen to remind ourselves that coaching is always about our clients and never about us. In the interest of our clients, we should not push our own agenda. It is our clients’ agendas that matter.
